Seoul Lantern Festival 2014

How have you been?
Today, i'll updating about an annual event held in Seoul every November.
Yes, a lantern festival in Seoul and guess what? It's along the Cheonggyecheon Stream in downtown Seoul! I have never been there so i was so excited when a friend offered to go there with me!
Anyways the festival is about 3 weeks; 07/11/2014 - 23/11/2014
Remarkable lanterns are displayed and lit up along the stream. Each lantern as a unique design and story. It is written in English, Chinese and Korean on a board of every lantern. There were booths selling souvenirs too! It was quite an event because i went there rather late yet there were many people especially couples. couples are everywhere in Seoul, really.

Isn't it breath-taking? The walk was chilly and relaxing despite the amount of people. It took about 40 minutes to finish the whole walk.
Also not forgetting, there is a mini wish fountain! Make a wish and try to toss a coin into the hole! I tried it three times and it got in the second time! Well, now i hope my wish comes true~

After the walk along the Seoul Lantern Festival 2014, King Sejong's statue was just around the corner so we went to have a look too!
I have to say Seoul is magnificent during night time. It was one of the most enjoyable part of my life in Seoul. I love it when lights out~
